Michael Orlando - President - Houston
Mr. Orlando has more than 21 years of Collection Agency Management experience. His Management experience comes from two of the top Collection Agencies in the country. With a positive following from some of the largest Manufactured Housing and Automobile Finance companies in the industry, Mike started Synergetic Communication, Inc. in January of 1996. He has served the last 11 years as President and CEO of the company.
Nancy Napoli - Senior Vice President Operations - Houston, Post Falls, Minneapolis
Ms. Napoli is a Team Player with nearly 25 years experience in all facets of the collection industry. She possesses extensive leadership and motivational skills. She is dedicated to quality customer service and maintaining positive Client relations through a proactive management style, with a proven ability to maximize profit while maintaining high employee morale. Promotion of honesty, integrity, fairness and professionalism are her main objectives.
Mark Savoie - Director, Marketing and Sales - Minneapolis
Mr. Savoie is the newest addition to the management team. He comes to the company from Citifinancial Auto where he was Director of Recovery for eight years. He has nearly 25 years of collection and recovery experience. He has built four collection shops from the ground up. He is uniquely suited to help Clients pinpoint their wants and needs when it comes to recovery lost dollars.
